Pawn not being able to whore in a modded settlemeant

the ones in green are letting me whore the Milia pawn. but the red one does not. i think the ones is the "v" are vanilla tribes and the modded one is with the M. maybe it is because of a mod? i don't know how to add logs. so please tell me if you need any other log or file. this is my modlist: ModsConfig.xml

the issue is that when i press start whore in the map tab. the game freezes for 30 seconds or so. then unfreezes. before updating all the mods by doing a clean install it just crashed. now at least i get a freeze. it happens with the vaporeon pawns too. i don't think is because of race. it probably is just that modded colony.
