Unable to have penetration sexwith irl with "Child-Like" or "Petite"

I have a weird problem where i can't have any penetration sex with any "Child-Like" or "Petite", while in other hand i can have penetration sex with "Inchling."

Is is a bug or a game system that i didn't know (Since the wiki lacks many of the game explanations)?
