Establish /.static/privacy.html (Privacy Policy)

We need to establish the following points before ./static/privacy.html can be re-written:

The Server

How does the server handle SSH? How is the user allowed to access the system? Does the user have access to sudoers? Is the user root? Does the user running LynxChan have sudo access?

The Application

Is HSTS enabled? Is the database encrypted? Does it allow external connections?

IP Logging

How long are IPs logged? Is logging enabled in NGINX? what level of logging? Does LynxChan log IPs? Who can see IP addresses?
