Mis-named folder S16_ChainHarness should be S16_ChainHarnessA
In the original S16 mod, S16_ChainHarness folder is named S16_ChainHarnessA, the mismatch of names causes it to not load your texture when Thin, Hulk, etc wear the clothing item.
