Suggestion: Pleasure Palace domicile building

No idea if you are still undecided about the palace holding. But how about dropping the holding and instead adding a new building to the domicile. Something like a pleasure palace or harem palace. Should be fairly straight forward and you wouldn't have to worry about losing your palace due weird admin succession troubles. The existing buildings could be converted to rooms/upgrades.

If I find the time, I will try to implement something over the weekend.
