No taskbar texture (Wayland)

OS: EndeavourOS

Session: Wayland.

After installing the latest VTP update, my taskbar texture disappeared. I reverted to an earlier build and tried multiple update methods after a system upgrade that broke VTP, but nothing fixed it. Installing a build from October 14th restored VTP, but the panel texture is still missing.

Additionally, clicking on "System Settings > Desktop effects > Aero Glass Blur > Configure" quits System Settings and gives me this error message:
