This tag category would be used to identify how the art is created or funded. Here are some suggestions:

• free (artists doing what they usually do)
• request (others asked the artist to)
• poll (public consensus on art creation)
• paywall (e.g. Patreon rewards)
• commission (others paid for the creation)
• roulette (lucky draw winner)
• art-trade (created for other artists)

From this, we can also have the commissioner: tag which is separate from artist, publishers and such.
