VSCode and typescript still do not understand assignments to window as
introducing of a global name. To make them happy, use assignment to
globalThis.

Why, you ask? Javascript, that's why...

Fix class name in RA UI (class name was changed by da823554), add tab
bars for options and slave interact..

Fixes #1661.

Make all the slave summaries and descriptions use the new release rules.  Fix release rule use in various other passages that don't need a turn end to test, and in events and vignettes.
