VSCode and typescript still do not understand assignments to window as
introducing of a global name. To make them happy, use assignment to
globalThis.

Build some event utilities to avoid getting tons of boilerplate in the events, and convert RESS lazy evening to JS as a real single-slave event example.

Use a dialog to display the event slave description instead of wedging it into the middle of the event text.
