- Used pop instead of splice

Restructure create_node_rec to skip *any* previously-created nodes, including for the current slave or those in its own descendant lines.  This makes it a bit faster and totally tolerant of inheritance cycles (which will throw later on anyway, with a better error message).

- Was being recalculated before changed data was committed to V.slaves

- Handle missing parents in kinship calculation

- Mother/father aren't updated on genePool when slaves are removed
- JS doesn't have sets...

- Formatting, oversight in algorithm
- Properly update missing table for NGP
- Re-calculate coefficients of new starting slaves

- Ignore duplicate NodeCodes from identical parents

- Still missing effect on intelligence/face and acquisition passage

- Fix reference to genePool
- Prioritize genePool records over slave records when reusing CoI
- Don't automatically store values to genepool; do this elsewhere
