Clinic/RA/Health Issue

Came across an issue, also saw someone on HGG ask.

I have a slave with -44 health, and it claims she cant benefit from the clinic, also no matter how I set an RA, nothing relating to health works.

Maybe I'm just stupid, but seems like a bug
