Attempts to set retirement age policy broken

Attempts to set the "Redefined Mandatory Retirement Age" aren't working or at least the UI is showing some very strange stuff.

1. Changes to the "Redefined Mandatory Retirement Age" text box are automatically copied to the "Physical Retirement Age" text box
2. Attempting to "Implement" the "Redefined Mandatory Retirement Age" with a new value results in the policy stating that the default value (45) is applied Redefined Mandatory Retirement Age: you have set your arcology's standard retirement age for sex slaves at 45. Repeal
