Custom Hotkeys no longer working after some time

I've set a custom hotkey to open Costs Budget with SHIFT + B, at first it works flawlessly, but after a certain amount of time it stops working. Have not figured out why it stops working so far.

Is it still listed in the hotkeys menu?

Yep, it just doesn't activate. I have to go back into the menu and redo the binding, then it works again (for a while).
