Brothel/Club ad troubles

I saw three issues in the Brothel and Club advertisement menus. The first I've already fixed with !7707 (merged); the second is that the costs values have superfluous minus signs attached; the third is that the Age heading has : under 30 or above oddly attached to it, which are definitely not the only two options.
