Neo Imperialism Warhound

I might be mistaken, But the Warhound seems kinda pointless, based on what the Merchant says:

She should be able to become a Bodyguard, However, due to the fact she is mindbroken, that isn't an option unless you fix her, but fixing her would make her... "training" pointless
