Shortcut bar (on left) no longer collapses & Images for slaves no longer scale correctly & Option boxes don't highlight correctly

as of today using build c0e7f322

I get a warning during compiling warning: path bin/fc.css: lstat bin/fc.css: no such file or directory and then the whole layout of all the menus during new game selection don't highlight correctly

and then once the game starts the slaves images don't scale in to their descriptions

And the left hand taskbar is all shown instead of each of the entries per subcategory neatly hidden until selected.
