going into policies resulting in game-over
attached are what happens before i enter the policies menu, when i'm in it, and immediately when i exit. i haven't changed a single policy.
Also attached is the save file. basically how to recreate is basically go to the policies menu and immediately back out of it, both times with the shortcuts. clicking on Policies and Back gives the same result.
