Organ farm errors

1. Using "Implant all organs that are ready for implantation" button for multiple slaves doesn't work in my old save with this error printed out:

Error: <<includeDOM>>: bad evaluation: TypeError: Cannot read property 'appendNewElement' of undefined 1122

Organs can still be implanted separately from each slave's surgery menu as usual.

2. In a new save the above issue is not present, but Organ Production in Organ farm has this:

Error: <<includeDOM>>: bad evaluation: TypeError: Cannot read property 'forEach' of undefined 1122
