Eugenics Breeding Exam: Where is it? For that matter, where'd the policy go?
I figured I'd try to explore Eugenics again. I enabled the Breeding Exam Policy a While ago and finally have some candidates who I think would pass but I can't for the life of me find where I can instruct them to take the exam. I have found the criteria under "Manage Personal Affairs" but not an option to take the exam.
I figured that maybe I somehow hadn't enabled the Breeding policy but when I went to check that policy isn't listed. After I enabled the policy the Elite did attempt an insurrection (which my militia squashed). Did that remove the elite? The policy? There was no feedback indicating that should be the case.
