Bought slaves from the flesh heap, but never received them

Expected Behavior

To receive the slaves bought at the flesh heap

Current Behavior

Money is spent but no slave is received

Steps to Reproduce

1. Buy slave from the flesh heap using the "Buy her and check out other slaves to order" option
2. Exit to another screen (penthouse, for example) without using the "Finish your order of slaves" option
3. Money is spent but no slave is received
