Visual issue - plot rival's massive balls

A plot rival who is male can spawn with ball size increase obsession. Such a slave is generated with "600cm (236 inches) long" balls. In WebGL, these look like they're glitching:

Nox/Deepmurk's vector art also has a display issue - the balls don't seem to be attached to the groin:

I'm guessing that both have their max set to what is achievable with regular slaves during regular gameplay, which is smaller than what the plot rival spawns with.

Side note: Does rival generation still abide by the overall slave gender preference? I had mine set to 50% male/female, but only male rivals spawned for me each time I reloaded the week 73 event.
