[BUG] Farmyard food supply switch doesn't work

I have this switch disabled, but still get tons of food every week.

I've already pointed out a supply problem there (which is still not fixed and gives me 22 millions every week) and turns out there is no way to disable it until the fix, bc switch doesn't work.
