[Unintended Behavior] No option to install prosthetic interface when amputating limbs

Expected Behavior

Previously, at one point, there was an option to install the interface when amputating the slave's limbs which allowed to inflict less of a health penalty on the slave.

Current Behavior

Perhaps this was intentional, but currently there is no option to install interface when amputating the limbs, causing two big health penalties to get it installed on a slave with their limbs in place.
