RA not removing mods.

Not sure if im doing something wrong with RA, or ive run into a bug, but im reporting it.

Expected Behavior

RA has rulings set to removing breast, butt, lips and other implants when i purchase slaves.

Current Behavior

Instead, Slaves are keeping Breast Implants, and are changing them to fillable ones instead.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use Provided save file

2. End Week

3. Wonder why Christina changes her implants to fillable ones
