[BUG] Slaves with altered genitals still recruit relatives (herm mother)

EDIT3: Had this happen again with another slave from a different source. "All my kids are grown, my husband left me, I want to be a milk source" mom was altered with genetic treatments and given herm genitals, then recruited a daughter who copied both genital configuration and genetic alterations.

EDIT2: Reopening again a year later. Female slave from "paternalism volunteer" recruitment event (life in your arcology is better than freedom) was turned into a herm, then triggered recruitment event. Mother was generated as a herm - pregnant (normal), but with dick + internal balls (same as child).

EDIT: I need to reopen this issue, because I just had a different instance of it. Recruitment event for a glutton "eating self into debt" generated a(n underage) male eunuch. Slave has been turned into a herm and recruited a (normal) mother. The patch that fixed below behavior has been applied, but this slave just hit another recruitment event. Relatives are being generated as normal, but if slaves with altered genitals shouldn't recruit relatives, this slave shouldn't be triggering the relative recruitment at all.

Created corporation. Told it to focus on female slaves. Told it to add dick/balls/pussy to all slaves. Purchased a female (herm) slave. Slave hit relative recruitment event, found mother. Mother shows up as normal (pregnant etc.) but is also a herm - balls, dick (35cm, over erection limit). Same slave later hit another relative recruitment event, and the father was normal - eunuch, no pussy.
