Corsets never reach their target

Expected Behavior

Corset should narrow waist to wasp waist level

Current Behavior

End week report says The corseting narrows her waist., but the waist isn't narrowed...

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Have a slave
  2. Put a corset on the slave
  3. Wait forever for the corset to do it's effect
