RA Automaticall set assigment, Recruiter is missing

Expected Behavior

in the rule assistant to select the Automatically assigment to the recruiter if possibile

Current Behavior

The recruiter assigment in the automatically assignment selection is missing in the rule assistant

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go in rule Assistant
2. Try to Set the Rule to automatically set assigment to a Recruiter
3. No entry there
