RA Autosurgeries can stop working after some time

Current Behavior

Rule assistant surgeries can stop working after some time had passed in-game

What happened

Unable to find exact repro steps, worked fine on start even if just to apply vasectomy, but after some time game stopped applying anything from autosurgery tab to the point when it persists even in new game (restart -> fresh game), switched mid-game to fchost due to memory issues but issue is present even on older save in browser

The autosurgeries are not applied to slaves in facilities. This means if you cannot find a slave in the penthouse tab in the main menu, they will not be touched by autosurgery.

All slaves which could get a vasectomy in your save are already in a facility, therefore auto surgery will never apply to them.

By simply forcing all slaves to rest, vasectomies are applied in your save.
