Evelynn ShadowWalk (W) unable to be cast again after the first cast

Issue found during testing of !42 (merged)

Describe the issue

Evelynn Shadow Walk can not be cast again after the first cast of the spell. The first cast of the spell functions fine, but all subsequent attempts to cast Shadow Walk no longer function.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a match as Evelynn and connect to the game
2. Level up W
3. Cast W and wait for it to come off of cooldown again
4. Observe that you are unable to cast it again

Expected behavior

Evelynn should be able to cast Shadow Walk again after it comes off of cooldown.

Console Logs

No relevant errors or warns in log found for this issue.
