Tryndamere can't cast SummonerHaste with mana costs enabled

Describe the issue

Tryndamere cant cast SummonerHaste

SummonerHaste inibin has 50 manacost, so I guess adding code to ignore SummonerSpell mana cost is the right change

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Play tryndamere with manacosts enabled and summonerhaste
2. Cant cast

Expected behavior

For tryndamere to cast SummonerHaste without any problem

Additional context

I always test this with SummonerHaste in the second slot. Also, he can once he has 50< fury, he consumes the fury to cast ghost
