Note Size Manipulation not working on Wayland

Writing this here for future reference: Observed that resizing a sticky note (specifically on the left, top-left, and top edges) does not behave properly under Wayland. Likewise, notes can't be moved around at all.

I will see if I can get around to fixing this soon.
