How do I remove Aeroglass blur desktop effect?

After a system upgrade everything broke and I accidentally updated AeroThemePlasma incorrectly.

I am currently uninstalling the theme and installing it back, but Aero Glass Blur won't cooperate; I can't find where it is located for me to delete it.

When clicking "configure..." on Aero Glass Blur, System settings quits with this message:
