Refresh mod files... doesn't

With a single mod added in the mod loader (the super basic mod example below works), load the mods and run the game.

Then update the mod (change the version number), click the 'refresh mod info' button, and then load the mods again. Run the newly modded game - the version displayed in the game will still be from before you updated the mod.
