fix: update sage_box Aleph#281 & audit subaddons

  • Update sage_box to sageParameter, closing Aleph#281 (closed) and adding functionality
  • Adjust and document subaddon load order to resolve clashes and hopefully prevent them
  • Document subaddons in the README and alphabetize them except for the important utilities
