Refactored: replaced all review_outfit(dialogue = False) calls with person.apply_planned_outfit() since this is what we want to do here, review_outfit() leaves her undressed when slutty enough and that is not the intent in these cases.
Refactored: removed person.reset_arousal() calls after call fuck_person since the arousal reset is handle by that routine.
Some typos fixed.

Changed: moved the seminar personal thank you to an event that is triggered when the MC is in the office, so it always triggers, also made some minor changes to text layout and made sure she is dressed again after the event.

Renamed: variables to default variable names to prevent creating extra variables in save game. Fixed some typos.

Fixed: don't move person from mc.location, this corrupts the person scheduling, instead just let player know she's been hired.

Fixed: Full-time stipper can't be hired as employee, if you want to employ her, fire her as stripper, hire as employee, then she can moonlight as stripper (half shift).

Fixed: add fix_opinion_exclusions (one should exclude the other) between "lingerie" and "not wearing underwear" -  between "skimpy outfits" and "not wearing anything" - between "being submissive" and "taking control"

Fixed: use report counter "guy orgasms" to make sure the MC has fired his load, only give second chance when he is really out of energy, also make sure she is dressed again after breeding.
Fixed: reapply breeding on talk event correctly. Fixed celebration fuck flow.

Fixed: bad end, set complete. Fuck person pass start object so it doesn't lock up. A few typos.
