commit 87f8e633 introduced the variable schoolLessonsMissed

<<pass _passMinutes>> called in backComp line 4235 eventually checks schoolLessonsMissed.science, but that variable is only introduced (if not already set) in backComp line 4365 


Implemented solution: just move its introduction back.

We normally don't move code in backComp up, and only add our changes to the bottom. This should hopefully be a valid exception, and hopefully no one in the future will add a <<pass>> call before the schoolLessonsMissed variable is introduced.
