bite sized fixes - defib and traitor implant

• adds defib and recharger to ERT surgery area
• fixes traitor implants not qdel-ing a traitors head after it's been cut off a mob
  • double checked that heads do still properly qdel so nothing else appears to be broken as a result

I have no idea why git has detected diffs to exodus-2.dmm for the shuttle docks, they weren't actually changed
