small adjustments/fixes version I've lost count

  • basic surgery tools can now be stored in medical toolbelts, specifically:
    • scalpel
    • retractor
    • hemostat
    • cautery
    • bone gel
    • bone setter
    • fixovein
  • increased ore scanner range from 2 to 10
  • fixed the final step of eye surgery being permanently conductible (added a check for if the stage isn't at 0) - confirmed this doesn't break eye surgery in general
  • removed some gay comments from the PDA dm

from the notes file:

  • eggs can now be put in the kitchen smartfridge
  • adjusted wording for brainmobs on examine: "MEDICAL - brain transplants - This one seems particularly lifeless. Perhaps it will regain some of its luster later.. this is not per our current doctrine, if it has a potential soul it needs to be installable"
    • it looks like there's no current restrictions on using brains without a client/brainmob in them currently (as they can be cloned, put in MMIs and used for borgs), this wording appears to be the only adjustment left to make. Said adjustment intends to imply that the player can still actually use said brain instead of immediately binning it
