Robotics remapping

pubby requested to merge robotics-remapping into slavemaster

Returned Robotics with maints around it to their previous look and added polarized windows for private operations + mechfabs now depend on Robotics RnD servers again.

Sadly, due to the nature of directional windows you can see through them when standing on the same tile, so there's a cheeky spot on the outside that can be used to peek into operating room:

Also finally moved Space Station 13 sign one tile to the right to center it relative to the firelocks:
