Add subsystem to AI to monitor slaved cyborgs

Duplicate of the robotics console but slimmed down. The rest of the subsystems are the slick nanoui, but I don't want to deal with that and the HTML works just fine for this.

My first commit! I haven't touched DM in a long time so this was a fun and simple thing to pick up. Feel free to judge, criticisms are how you learn after all.
