NEXT RELEASE - Convert the `dialog` dialog subscreen to DOM

Rama requested to merge bananarama92/Bondage-College:dialog into master

Converts the dialog dialog subscreen from canvas to DOM, which, most importantly here, shows a scroll bar when the dialog buttons would otherwise be hidden due to overflow (which turned out to be an actual issue in R111).
