HOLD - Chat search improvements

This brings in the type update from the server search changes (this one) and adds the private/locked icons that are gonna show up at some point once !5327 goes in.

The filtering isn't there yet, mostly because I have a big refactor incoming around client-server (gonna make it all async) and with !5327 also being around, I want stuff to stabilize first.
