Randomly gaining the podophile/cumslut quirks (a 5% chance on each
footjob/fellatio after having sex 10 times) tried to add a
"FeetSlut"/"Cumslut" trait, which don't exist. The code didn't handle
this and thus added a null trait to a pawn, which then causes lots and
lots of nullpos.

I fixed the spelling mistakes and moved those traits into xxx to be
loaded during static initialization, like the rest of 'em.

This commit fixes an interaction between the biotech pregnancy option
and the bestiality DNA inheritance settings. Previously, if
Biotech pregnancies were enabled then the bestiality DNA inheritance
settings would be ignored and always result in human babies. Now, DNA
inheritance is always calculated and Biotech pregnancies are only used
if the mother's DNA is supposed to be inherited.
