DecoMod 4.0

Heyo, DecoMod 4.0's here for DoLPlus. Increased the amount of layers and image slots. I left the last 15 slot empty to save space. Feel free to replace the blank images with good backgrounds for the users. I'll leave a link in the thread for those who have more questions about how to use the mod... though all instructions are included within the mod itself.Lemme know if anything breaks, but things should be fine. Did some testing just to make sure.
