Slave Shelter tweaks

1. Deliberately killing or sacrificing a Shelter slave will be reported back to the Slave Shelter; they do NOT approve.  Accidental deaths (even in the Pit) still aren't subject to the same scrutiny.
2. Turning Shelter slaves into bioreactors is considered a violation of the Slave Shelter's contract and will reduce their opinion of you.
3. Freeing a Shelter slave in the Mercenary Romeo event is very good publicity and will improve the Slave Shelter's opinion of you.
4. The Slave Shelter will schedule inspections more frequently if they are already concerned about your treatment of their slaves.
5. Fix shelter inspection event checking the inspector's dildo size instead of the slave's.

Fix mindbroken indenture reactivation results not displaying.
