Adjused tightness values to be more forgiving to characters such as Daiyousei

Neodev has Daiyousei against a normal size character with a Robust penis to be at the first stage of the tightness.

This adjusts the tightness ranges so that this would result in the first stage of tightness and not the second stage as it does currently.
