new character sortings

Nikolus requested to merge Nikolus/My-stuff:new_character_sortings_and_fix into anon-tw_eng-modding

Added HasLitters and Egg Layer for character sorting list, and also made a small fix for some pregnancy types not being listed in can become pregnant.
