Replaced genital parts check to rjw built-in functions

Replaced genital check to rjw based functions because some of them aren't counts as "Penis" or "Vagina" and because of this - rjw-genes SlimeTentacles aren't counted as "Penis". Can say same about any other mod's parts that don't have these in their /Def/ names.
