Fixed: When using apply_outfit with get_random_appropriate_, make sure we get an outfit by using the guarantee_output parameter set to True.

Refactored: working weekend, reduced number of code lines so it will be easier to add new topics in the future (added a few missing topics).

Refactored Perk system: moved init to init file. Made update function more consistent and work without making copies of objects.
Added Perk System: Perks now have a owner, so we can add temporary perks (or persistent) to any character in the game.

Temporary perks can now be refreshed before they expire. Change some of Sarah's story dialogue when interacting with Gabrielle and Lily. Starbuck's shop changed from permanent to temporary skill buffs.

Replaced the research reminder crisis with 3 in game hints that always give you information about your research instead of an event that might or might not pop up.

Added new perks to Athlete and Hotwife stories. Added male strapon item perk. Added new threesome variant that uses male strapon.

Added first version of the game hints system, it contains hints for the most obfuscated parts of the game, that don't give any clues on how to proceed with certain story lines.

Changed: When the girl takes control, she only calls the take_control dialog when she is able to choose a position and object.

Bugfix: Persist create HR Director position policy (previously when you reload the game between getting the policy and buying it, it would disappear and Sarah could never be hired). It's now controlled by an event_trigger.
Bugfix: Make sure we have a clean scene manager when we have a HR director meeting.

Create athletes and hotwifes with correct personality (so likes and dislikes are used) and correct relationship, so the base_outfit is created accordingly.
