Added Sayaka to the Summer Event, removed Jim from the Testing Roster

Sayaka is having a holiday from the Testing Roster to join the Summer Event like she did last year. Her costume repairs are complete.

Jim has gone too long without an update, so he's been removed from online testing for now. He is welcome to return with an update anytime!
